COMPET ITORS TICKETS – Collect Passes from HALL 9 collection point 2. Between 8am -11am,
ALL Instructors, corner men, and competitors must go to Muay Thai collection point to get their passes between 8am and 11am. NO late entries. They then go along to the competitors entrance. (Instructors please send a list of corner men names for list)

COMPETITORS ENTRANCE is HALL 10
ALL Instructors, corner men, and competitors must use competitors entrance at Hall 10, with pass. No pass no entrance. Once inside hall 10 please go along to the ring and let the officials know that you have arrived. (Instructors please make sure that you have mobile numbers of all your fighters and corner men. This is a massive venue and we need to be able to contact you if needed)

SPECTATORS ENTRANCE ANY HALL
Spectators can enter through any entrance, please let your supporters know the start times and that the event is in hall 10.

EVENT is held in HALL 10
Our event is in the only boxing ring in hall 10, so you should be able to find us. This is a massive venue with 30,000 people expected, so please let our officials know that you have arrived.

Weigh in for INTERCLUB will be 9am -10am –hall 10
This will be held near to the ring. You must weigh in on the day. Do not go far from the ring, make sure that you and your instructor have each other’s mobile phone numbers, so that we can find you if needed.

Weigh in for C Class fights will be 11am -11.30am – hall 10
This will be held near to the ring. You must weigh in on the day. Do not go far from the ring, make sure that you and your instructor have each other’s mobile phone numbers, so that we can find you if needed.

Start Time for Interclub – 11am
Please be ready near the ringside 3 fights before you are due on. Fighters wear their own equipment, 16oz gloves, shin/instep pads, box and gumshield. Please make sure that you have all of your equipment on BEFORE you get into the ring.

Start Time for C Class fights – 2pm
Please be ready near the ringside 3 fights before you are due on. Gloves will be provided by the promoter and will be put on in the ring. Entrance music may be used, we just need confirmation from NEC, please bring cd just in case.

Medicals for C Class fights – 12pm
This will be held near the ring area. Please be available at this time. It a massive event, please be aware of the time if you go for a walk around.
